1. Description of the service

INFLINGO is a family of AI-based language learning services available via Telegram, along with associated web applications where offered. Our services provide exercises in grammar, listening comprehension, and spoken practice, powered by artificial intelligence. INFLINGO is not an educational institution and does not issue official certificates, diplomas, or accredited qualifications. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies; the service is provided as a learning aid and not as a substitute for professional instruction or certification.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use INFLINGO, or the minimum age required to consent to use of online services in your country of residence, whichever is higher. If you are under this age, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration

You need a Telegram account to use the service, and, where applicable, may access an associated web application linked to that account. You are responsible for protecting access to your account. Transferring your account to third parties is prohibited.

4. Subscription and payment

Full access is provided through a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe or Paddle. Where Paddle is used, Paddle Payments Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction: Paddle is the authorized reseller of the product, and the contract for that purchase is between you and Paddle, on our behalf, in addition to your right to use our service under these Terms. Paddle's own terms of use, available at paddle.com, apply to such transactions alongside these Terms.

Available plans (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or as otherwise displayed) renew automatically at the end of each period. A renewal notice is sent 7 days before the charge. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free trial

New users may receive free access for a 24-hour introductory period from activation. Free trials are limited to one per user/Telegram account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service in violation of applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to INFLINGO's systems; share paid account access with third parties; or use automated tools to interact with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

• All content within INFLINGO belongs to Craftlures Khomyak and is protected by copyright.
• Copying and distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

INFLINGO is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes and are not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical reasons, nor for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation procedures and refund eligibility are set out in our separate [Cancellation Policy]. In the event of any conflict between that policy and this section, the Cancellation Policy shall govern matters of cancellation and refunds.

10. Changes to these Terms

Notice of changes is sent 30 days in advance via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, which remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where applicable law grants you that right.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
